Managing Director

As Managing Director the buck stops with Nick. Nick ensures all the work we do is of the highest quality.
Digital Fundraising Consultant
Danni is an expert in paid digital marketing, who specializes in establishing and growing supporter recruitment programmes at scale. Currently based in Sydney Australia, Danni has completed consulting contacts for a range of international organizations, from International Rescue Committee (IRC) to Unicef. She had also previously worked as the paid social media lead at Greenpeace UK and the Social Media Marketing Manager at Greenpeace Deutschland. Giving her in-depth knowledge of working across a variety of markets.
Danni has expertise at managing and growing large Lead Generation programmes from her time at Greenpeace. As well as designing and establishing new digital donor recruitment via social media and Google, such as for IRC Germany.
As well as providing and leading on strategic direction, Danni has strong technical skills in ad management having planned and executed campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn & Twitter. She also has expertise in creative production, script writing, staff recruitment and training. Her goal is to help not-for-profits future-proof by establishing and growing their own internally managed and successful digital programmes.
Most recently Danni has been supporting the charity tool GivePanel's launch into Australia, as the Head of Strategy & Development. Givepanel supports not-for-profits to recruit, communicate with and manage Facebook Fundraisers and works with over 300 not-for-profits across the globe.
Creative Director
Kirsten has both a strong creative and technical background. Her multi-disciplinary expertise covers brand & campaign development, video editing, and animation. She is an expert in creative storytelling from concept development through to final animated production. With this skillset, she can help you with creative direction for your brand, creating animated content to bring your campaign to life, or to visualise your data into a compelling story.
Danni and Kirsten have been collaborating as a creative duo for more than ten years. Combining Danni’s strategic skillset, with Kirsten’s creativity, they have produced successful content for various organisations, including the IRC, Greenpeace, ZSL London, Action for Hunger and Make a Wish International.
Digital Fundraising Consultant
Jacob is a paid media fundraising specialist. He has spent the last decade planning and running paid for marketing campaigns within the charity sector. Prior to moving into a consultancy he spent four years working as part of the digital acquisition team at Oxfam GB.
Jacob has delivered successful campaigns across the range of charity verticals, supporting diverse brands such as Pancreatic Cancer UK (PCUK), World Food Programme, Brain Tumour Charity, Greenpeace, International Rescue Committee and DKMS. He has worked on a range of digital fundraising appeals to UK, Europe and global markets, with a focus on single and regular donor acquisition. Jacob is also experienced at running Facebook challenge campaigns, having done dozens with PCUK and Prostate Cancer Research.
His experience includes planning and running paid acquisition campaigns across the full range of platforms, from social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok to paid search activity across Google and Bing. Jacob started out in graph and front-end web, so can also get hands on with ad creative to optimise results. Jacob also has in-depth experience implementing complex tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager and other 3rd parties for tracking and tagging for end-to-end reporting.
In summary, Jacob has a very supporter focused and strategic mindset. He has a strong creative and technical background. Whether it comes to implementing campaigns to drive excellent results to ROAS or CPA targets, or providing consultation and recommendations on best practices for acquisition campaigns and content production, Jacob thrives on driving the best possible ROI.
Peer-to-Peer Digital Partnerships Specialist
Marco is an expert in Peer to Peer fundraising bringing together a unique expertise and hands on experience of digital fundraising, strategic insights, marketing and how to raise money from large numbers of people. For the last eight years he has worked for JustGiving, the leading P2P fundraising platform that has raised $4.5 billion for good causes in 164 countries.
During this time he has shaped the online fundraising of some of the world-leading digital fundraising campaigns such as Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life with 600,000 annual participants and has helped to raise tens of millions for charities annually. He is passionate about driving charity growth and efficiencies through digital technology combining innovation and vision with the pragmatic delivery of projects.
This is underpinned by an in-depth understand of data analysis, user experience, social media, mobile apps and API technology as well as what drives fundraiser and donor behaviour.
He launched JustGiving in Ireland through developing high impact and strategic partnerships with leading charities, event organisers and companies resulting in annual revenue growth of 360%. Taking a collaborative approach to create mutual value in partnerships has been at the core of his believes and has been supported by an effective management of key relationship.
Marco is a Trustee of the Resource Alliance, the charity behind the world-leading International Fundraising Conference (IFC) which every year brings together over 1,000 fundraisers from over 60 countries for a week of intense learning and experience exchange.
